Getting the most out of your message
Before you write, think about what you want the answer to achieve. A message that names the casino, the game, or the promotion in question saves everyone time. If you are reporting a technical fault, describe what you did, what you saw, and what you expected instead. If you are asking about a bonus, say which one and what stage you reached. Screenshots and order numbers help, but never send passwords or full card details through any form.
The more context you give, the less back-and-forth the reply will need. A single vague line such as “it does not work” forces a clarifying question. A precise description lets the person on the other end act on your first message.
What happens to your information
Everything you type into the form goes to the people who run this site, not to the casino itself. The message stays inside our own system and is read only by the staff who handle reader correspondence. It is not sold, rented, or shared with any third party for marketing. We keep the details only as long as necessary to resolve your question, then delete them.
If your message concerns a complaint against an operator, we may use the facts you provide to follow up with that operator on your behalf. In that case we pass on only what is needed to address the issue, and we do not forward anything you marked as confidential.
Feedback that shapes the site
When you write to tell us that a review is outdated, a rating seems off, or a page will not load, that feedback goes straight into our editorial queue. We treat reader corrections as a primary source. Each note is checked against the operator’s current terms, and if the claim holds, the page gets updated. You do not need to phrase it formally; a plain observation is enough.
Suggestions for new reviews or missing topics are logged the same way. We cannot promise every request will be published, but every one is read and weighed against what our readers actually ask about.
Privacy and responsible use
Do not include banking passwords, two-factor codes, or copies of your identification documents in any message. A legitimate support conversation never requires those. If you are raising a gambling-related concern, such as a dispute over a self-exclusion that was not honoured, say so clearly in the first line so it gets routed to the right person without delay.
We reply to all serious inquiries, though turnaround depends on the volume of mail and the complexity of the question. Simple requests get an answer quickly; disputes that need operator input take longer. If your matter is urgent and involves your safety or your money, contact the casino’s own support channels directly instead of waiting on us.
